Shipping Costs:

Ground Shipping within the Continental U.S.:
uscanteen offers shipping using UPS. The shipping costs are automatically calculated by UPS at checkout.

In-stock items are processed directly through our warehouse within 3 business days of the order being received.

If the ground shipping method is chosen the order will generally arrive within 4-5 business days, after dispatch from the warehouse.

You may also choose 2 Day Air or Express Delivery for an additional cost.

2 Day Air Shipping within the Continental U.S.:
If the 2 Day Air shipping method is chosen the order will generally arrive within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after dispatch from the warehouse.

Express Shipping within the Continental U.S
If the Express shipping method is chosen the order will generally arrive within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after dispatch from the warehouse.

Shipping Costs for orders shipped to Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii:
In-stock items are processed directly through our warehouse within 3 business days of the order being received. If the ground shipping method is chosen the order will generally arrive within 4-5 business days after dispatch from the warehouse.

You may also choose 2 Day Air or Express Delivery for an additional cost.

2 Day Air Shipping to Alaska, Puerto Rico & Hawaii:
If the 2 Day Air shipping method is chosen the order will generally arrive within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after dispatch from the warehouse.

Express Shipping to Alaska, Puerto Rico & Hawaii:
If the Express shipping method is chosen the order will generally arrive within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after dispatch from the warehouse.

Shipping Costs for orders shipped to Canada:
In-stock items are processed directly through our warehouse within 3 business days of the order being received. The delivery time will vary depending upon the destination and shipping method selected. The recipient is responsible for all applicable duties, tariffs and taxes. Orders typically arrive within 7 to 10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after dispatch from the warehouse. Delays can occur due to customs and uscanteen is not responsible for these delays. 

Shipping Costs for all International Orders:
In-stock items are processed directly through our warehouse within 3 business days of the order being received. The delivery time will vary depending upon the destination and shipping method selected. The recipient is responsible for all applicable duties and taxes. Please be aware that delays can occur due to customs and uscanteen is not responsible for these delays.

APO/FPO—All orders with APO/FPO destinations are shipped via parcel post. A longer delivery time occurs when delivering to an APO/FPO destination. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact a customer care representative at info@uscanteen.com.

Exchanges & Returns:

If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return your unused purchase within 30 days for a full refund in the same manner in which the purchase was made. Please note, we are unable to accept used or worn merchandise for return.

Please return your package using the shipping method of your choice. We suggest insuring your return for the total value of the products being returned. We are not responsible for items we do not receive. Shipping fees incurred in making a purchase or a return are not reimbursed. Please include your name, address, telephone number, order number, the item being returned and the quantity.

uscanteen is happy to replace a gift with another selection. Simply pack the item in its original packaging. Be sure to include your name, address, telephone number, order number, the item being exchanged and the quantity. We suggest insuring your exchange for the total value of the products being exchanged. We are not responsible for items we do not receive. Sales Tax: State law requires that we collect sales tax on products shipped to states where we have stores and/or warehouses. On shipments sent to New York, sales tax will be calculated during the checkout process.

In New York, Sales taxes are calculated from the total sale plus shipping and handling charges.
